Purchasing a Query Plan
Be Prepared for January 6, 2020
Employers of CDL drivers can now purchase a query plan. Purchasing a query plan enables employers, and their designated consortia/third-party administrators (C/TPAs), to conduct queries for all current and potential new employees, as required per § 382.701. Query plans may be purchased only on the FMCSA Clearinghouse website by registered employers. A separate query plan must be purchased for each individual company. Note: C/TPAs may not purchase plans on behalf of an employer.See All News & Events
